Return & Replacement Policy
As our products fall under the food and consumable category, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Returns or replacements are accepted only under specific circumstances.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement
You may request a replacement or refund if:
• The product received is physically damaged
• The product received is defective
• Wrong item has been delivered
• Product received is expired
• Parcel was received in tampered or open condition
Return Request Timeframe
Any return/replacement request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) from the time of delivery.
Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Conditions for Approval
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
• Product must be unused and unopened
• Original packaging and labels should remain intact
• Proof of purchase/order number is mandatory
• Clear photos/videos of:
o product,
o packaging,
o batch details,
o and issue reported
must be shared with our support team
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preferences
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
• Damage caused after delivery
• Products tampered with by customer
• Force majeure events beyond our control
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement request:

3. Securely pack the product in original packaging, if instructed by our team.
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Refund Policy
Once the claim is verified and approved by Gombe House:
For Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed via:
• UPI transfer, or
• Bank transfer
Customers may be required to share valid payment details for processing.
Shipping & Return Logistics
• Return shipping timelines may vary between 5–7 business days depending on location.
• In approved cases involving damaged/wrong products, return/replacement shipping costs will be borne by Gombe House.
